3. Measure penetration: Check if the pin is fully driven with the head flush against the fixture
4. Adjust up if needed: If penetration is insufficient, increase to the next power level

· The fixture is held firmly with no movement

Never mix powder loads between tool brands or models. Each tool is engineered for specific charge volumes and pressure curves. Using incompatible loads can cause:
· Incomplete combustion: Unburned residue builds up inside the tool, increasing maintenance needs
· Excessive tool wear: Higher-than-designed pressure accelerates wear on critical components

· Use oldest stock first (follow FIFO—First In, First Out)
· Check expiration dates if provided by the manufacturer
